Default use

I had been denied the trigger point injections to the amount and placemnt that were getting me through work.

The doctor had me try this new model from older 7 yr old TENS unit. The old one felt like bee stings,

This one has Modulation and SGR? several other settings, But I can set the timer for an hour, twice as I sit in the evening. I have decreased the trigger points over 50%.

I did not expect any real help from the Unit, but it was a free month trial and voc rehab I asked to assist in the purchase. This company does not particpate with my insurance carrier. But I got approvial.

I am extremly happy, the CT complaint I had are reduced, the forearm spasms, reduced. But I do use it every day. Not high, not too moderate, between mild to moderate settings.
THe placement I use are two different days I ahve worked I use two on lumbar and two on trap area. Days when lumbar is not as bad I use the lidoderm, biofreeze, and use the four pads, two on the triggers on trps, and two on the wings area triggers.

While sit like that I can also use ice pack of the blue ice on my neck, mainly nights I work.
I have got to try to sleep, I am still sitting with the sapper on since midnight, I thought I would just fall asleep with it on, but a tough evening, emotionally.

Everyone have a good weekend wind up.
