Default Passed out during Migraine

Hi

Joined this site for other Neurological problems but last night something really strange happened, I have suffered with migraine with aura for over 20years, but never experienced this before felt tightening in my chest and throat (usual tingling in left arm) then I felt really dizzy and I must have passed out. Came round and felt very confused anyone had this happen?

No but I've had migraines all my life too. Sounds like you may have had a heart attack. I'd got to the ER.

Oh I don't think so, I feel much better today just really tired and a bit spaced out I am going back to see Neurologist in January so will mention it then, if it happens again I will probably go to ER to get it checked out maybe it was a one off. Do you get migraine with aura?

Did you take a triptan or any other meds before you passed out?
