I also suffered from Migraines since way back in my teens. Thru the years tried different Meds, etc. Eventually saw a Neurologist who recommended Biofeedback , as well as a godsend medication Imitrex (really helps tremendously). Need to take at onset.

Getting back to the Biofeedback....The sessions were helpful; but were something you really had keep doing daily. When the sessions ended; the therapist gave me recordings to keep and use at home. I imagine there would be Biofeedback, Relaxation C.D's that you might be able to purchase yourself. It might be worth a try.
