Default Migraine and LTD
Hi everyone, curious if anyone here on the forum has migraines and ltd(long term disability). I received a migraine type schedule in the mail from my ins carrier to fill out but its more for them to try and deny future claim then anything. Would just like to get more info

What happened - MVA
Multiple injuries - here for support of mtbi, chronic headache and cognitive deficits.
