Hi, I wondered if you ever had migraines before? There are so many different types of migraines and we all have different symptoms.
Depending on your age, systolic of 140 isn't actually too bad. It shouldn't cause bad headaches but I guess if your BP usually runs low then that's a different matter. If it's happening on only one side of your face, you should look up "hemifacial spasm". They can sometimes be associated with migraine. All sorts of things can cause temporary fasciculations. Do you wear glasses? If so, maybe time to have a checkup. Try to destress if you can and I hope you're feeling better soon. all the best. |
