Default been in hospital - help

Hi

I had an eeg on 1 oct and went unconscious for few minutes twice i was then taken to a&e where i was admitted as i had lost the use of my right side.
I was in hospital for 12 days came out yesterday they have done various tests and the mri scan showed up something and i am not getting any idea whatsoever they think its in my head as they wasnt me to see a psychologist. I had a sneaky look at my notes and the mri report said there was a white mass in the cerebral part of the brain on left side. My neuro has not told me whether its serious or anything at all. Help-
