Default I Bought The Smart Lidz!!!

I was at Rite Aid today. I looked up and there they were.

Got them for $9.99.

We just came home from Beth Israel and I'm watching So You Think You Can Dance. When it's over, I'm making a video and putting it here.

I LOVE THEM. They make a seal. Lots of vacuum. The seal held.

Did a bowl of fruit. It even makes a noise when you vacuum seal it.

You just press in the middle and VOILA!!

OKAY, THE UPLOAD WORKED.

Here's my newest infomercial!!!!

Lightbulb some reading here...

might find this rating website interesting.

Many of the negative ratings from things seen on TV have to do with
the scam they use about "shipping and handling".

But mixed in there are some comments about the product.
For example the Samurai Shark knife sharpener, falls apart after brief use.

http://www.infomercialratings.com/

I couldn't find the lids. But the Awesome Auger was a real rip off.

You might want to check this site out before buying. Getting in a store is
infinitely better than buying off the TV or computer!

Mel, do the lids come OFF easily? They don't show that on TV.

I sort of was thinking of the Pancake Puff griddle:

From one Gadget Queen to another, thanks Mel.

I'm wondering the same thing as mrsd about how easy it is to get the lids off.
Oh, and Thanks MrsD for the website; it is now in my Faves.

Walgreen's has a complete section of "As Seen on TV" items w/o the S & H.

Do you still like the green bags, Mel??

Hi Daisymae, and Mrs. D. and EVERYBODY ELSE!!!!

The funny part was....I had to figure out HOW TO TAKE OFF THE LIDS. The seal was really tight.

So I did as the instructions suggested. You grip the little thing on the side, you press underneath. (It still didn't come off). So, as they say, practice makes perfect.

I kept doing it.

Once you do it, YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!!

So what will Melody do??

She'll make another infomercial on how to take off the lid, of course.

Be back later on.

lol YOU GOTTA LOVE YOUTUBE!!!!!

Okay, first, thanks so much for that website that reviews infomercials. I have bookmarked this and will check often BEFORE I purchase anything.

I just made the video showing how to UNSEAL THE SMART LIDZ.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvtWyXzZgLE

So now you all have the information on how to seal AND UN-POP!!! lol

DAISYMAY:

Yes, I am still using the green bags. Over and Over, wiping them each time. I don't put berries in them. I put ALL MY GREENS, AND CARROTS.

But for berries, fruit, leftovers, etc. It's the Smart Lidz system. I mean, it's so easy, it's funny. I just hope they keep the seal.

I haven't frozen anything yet. That's my next trial.

Knowing me, I'll probably make a video (after I take it out of the freezer), just to show you how it freezes stuff. lol
