Talking Faulty medtronic strata update

Just an update on troublesome shunt I had the shunt removed this tuesday 22/6/10 & replaced with an Integra OSV11 within 12 hours of surgery I felt 50% better within 24 hours I was back to my old self prior to onset of hydracephalus.I cannot believe the turn around & improvement in this short period of time.My memory has improved my head is so clear unlike before I feel like a new man my wife cant believe the difference. All i can say is if you too have had a troublsome shunt get an independant assesment,as this may well have saved my life, the very least it has done is give me my life back .I can only hope this will be of help to some other NPH sufferes out there I look forward to any replies.Ian
