Default I have hydrocephalus and stenosis need support

I am currently on 2 vicodin of 5/500 per day for the immense migraines and neck pain, obviously with hydro AND STENOSIS, the migraines are much worse than a typical migraine but I am still feeling like this is not enough medication this is a fairly new doctor for me and I don't want to appear like a drug seeker but I think the medication needs to be increased, what can I do?
