I have had hydro since birth, I have a mild mental disability and rop retinopathy of premutrity, sorry can't spell, I like going to church, sports, and talking on the computer, I was also wondering, Can people with hydro go to college and be successful?

hi jennifer

haven't seen you post in awhile. kinda slow here during the holidays, but it will pick backup.

people with hydro go to college and are very succesful. you will get replies. some of the regulars will be back soon.

join us in some of the other forums, like social. lots of threads to get to know people, make friends.

Default College and Hydro.

Yes, people with hydrocephelus can go to college and be successful. I am in my second year and am studying to be a paralegal, and currently have a "B" average. I also was born with hydrocephelus due to Spina Bifida.

hello Jennifer.I was birn with congenital hydro..........and now I have my 3rd VP shunt.......I am a medical student hopefully in my final year.
