Default Please help if you can

Good evening everyone,

I havent posted on eher in quite a while. However, this past month I have been feeling very "out of it" After getting my new insurance I went and saw a new nuerologist. HE sent me today to have an MRI. I have the scans with me to take to my next appt which isnt until the 19th. I did however take them to my PCP today when I went in for my physical. HE looked and along with the blood test that indicated my sedgementation level was 30 he stated that the scans look like my left side isnt decrompressing. Or however he put it.
I am honestly scared to death. My shunt was placed when I was 19 and I havent had any revsions or anything since. NOw I know I have to have something done to fix this problem but I dont know what. CAn someone please tell me anything that I can expect so I can calm my nerves and perhaps get some sleep tonight? Im begging, please.
