Confused bad symptoms, NS says she is fine.

my daughter was 17 months old. very active. 100% healthy. on march 15th 2011 she vomited. we assumed she had gotten the flu. a few hours after she first threw up she had taken a nap, it was a little longer than usual. i all just figure it was becuz she was sick.
well long story short, she became suddenly lithargic and vomiting every few minutes. i took her to the doc. they didnt know what was wrong. so rushed her to childrens hospital. after hours of test, around 2 am they found bleeding on her brain and was diagnosed with a posterior fossa hemorrage.

they put a evd in. after studing the ct scan they did a crainiotomy. they wanted to leave the evd in to see if she could regulate the csf on her own. after she screaming for two days and nights due to pain as the increased the pressure, they realized she would need a vp shunt. so they did another surgery. she wouldnt eat and kept vomiting day after day. she stopped talking and was so weak she couldnt walk or stand. after they discharged her she continued to vomit. i would take her back in and they would again say everything was fine. after 6 times of taking her back, it was always a false alarm.

i just took her back yesterday becuz she had been vomiting, having diarreha, wouldnt eat, and complaining of her neck and stomach hurting. they did xray and ct scan. the nurse said she has a small pocket of fluid in her ventricle and now she actually might have a problem of overdraining. so its pretty much a waiting game i guess for her to get really bad until they will fix this new issue. i just feel so confused and bad for her. she just turned two. she complains of pain, has had no appeitie and has constant diarreha now. i wish i could understand more about this. i feel like the docs are holding her off till she is "very" bad off. i dont understand. i have read everyones post about what they are going through and i realize this is a big prob with everyone.
you all know your body, know how things feel inside and can tell something is wrong. but time and time again we run to the doc and its with no result. anyone have any advice. i dont know what to do. i was considering getting a second opinion, but i take her to childrens hospital of detroit and they are really good?????
