Default Constant Fatique

My son, Ian is 12, has had hydro since he was 2 months old. Some of you may know him, maybe met him at conferences, he is the little boy with the puppy on the NatHydroAssoc. Anyway, 2 years ago, he was dx'd with overdrainage, his shunt was revised to a programmable, then there was a flurry of revisions, changed ns and hospitals, bc it took him a long time to recover, lots of headaches, finally treated successfully with a chinese healer!
Anyway, now a year later he is so fatiqued, he can't (or won't) do anything. Can people tell me about your fatique and how you deal with it. Thanks, Susan
