Post Anyone with an LP Shunt?

I am interested in a review of an LP (Lumboperitoneal) shunt for hydrocephalus. I have congenital with a VP shunt (5th in 10 years), slit-ventricles (SVS), and see a bunch of studies online showing LP shunts reduce complications and improve SVS long term. But I don't see any posts mentioning LP shunt usage or success stories. Anyone have an LP shunt? How have your experiences been?
