I have have hydrocephalus and VP shunt almost since birth. I have never had problems, but unfortunatly I have read that some people suffer headaches due to the changes in pressure.

I don't suffer headaches due to the pressure, but I always remember to keep earplugs and headache medicine, because the noise and heat in most airplanes will trigger headaches.
