Default Hydrocephalus & syringomyelia

So I've been diagnosed with both these things. I have absolutely horrible neurological problems to the point where I feel like I'm just going to drop dead any day. This has been going on for 4.5 years now and I can't take it anymore.

My family doctor is useless and doesn't even know what these things are. I've seen 2 neurologists and 1 neurosurgeon. The neurologists said there's no chance in hell either of these conditions are causing my symptoms. The neurosurgeon said he doesn't think they are causing my symptoms.

I've had every test known to man and everything else comes up normal.

I get terrible headaches, muscle pain, spasms, tremors, etc. I get nerve pain all over my body. I get joint pain sometimes. I'm always dizzy and feel disoriented a lot. I am fatigued every day. My skin sometimes feels like it's burning, on top of other things.

I don't know what to do anymore. I'm beyond desperate. I can't find a doctor to take me seriously. Before this started my family doctor barely knew who I was because I'm not the type to go to doctors. Now I've seen him hundreds of times in 4.5 years. Did anyone else run into resistance from doctors? What did you do in order to get treatment?
