Default help

I have a VP shunt ... I have had it a year and a half.. after I had my brain tumor removed. im constancy spinning .. can't look up at the ceiling... im nauseas... have problem with double vision and I have the worst headaches. I have had it reset 4 times now and I'm currently right now at 180. I have no history of migraines and I have them everyday some days are really bad and they don't take me seriously. I am currently on my 4 neurologist. I don't know what to do and where to go. The headaches are awful... the spinning is so bad ( it feels like everything is spinning around me and like im on a fair ride and it drops really quick and you get that butterfly feeling in your stomach) then a few days ago I started feeling some pain where my shunt is on my head and it feels like its trying to push out like the skin is too tight. what is going on ? im so tired of this... im tired of the pain ... I feel like giving up.
