Default To those with slit ventricles...

I have a VP shunt and slit ventricles. I'm aware that there is a danger of the ventricle completely collapsing around the tube, and fortunately for me that has not happened. I'm just wondering if anyone can offer some signs to watch for that may indicate that the ventricles are getting too small. Thanks everyone!
