SHYMA Neurosurgeons?

Does anyone know where i can locate neurosurgeons in the USA east coast that are versed in SHYMA? 5 year long process of health issues leading to a dx of Aqueductal Stenosis. My current neuro is saying since my Field of Vision test is clear, that the condition is managable since no ICP is found. But the symptoms are not manageable to ME. headaches, fatigue, dizziniss, and a syncope episode.
