Default Pineal Cyst/Nodule??

Hello all,
I hope you all are well. I posted here once before... I have been diagnosed with a 12.3mm by 9mm pineal cyst. I have had a constant headache since the fall of 2014 and migraines that cause me to be sick, loss of balance, visual disturbances and eye pain. I cannot look in any extreme direction without being in pain. I am in the military (now on profile) and can't wear a kevlar for more than 10 minites without puking. I cannot sleep at night. Anyways. I've had my 3rd MRI and no growth in the cyst. The mris showed a "poorly visible" nodule. So he requested I get an mri with mrv. I also read in his notes he will be looking for something to do with pressure on my eyes...not sure what the word was... on my most recent mri. I heard the cyst can push on the tectal plate causing visual disturbances. He also was looking to see if the veins were causing issues with the cyst. Frm what I can tell on the mri, it was a normal mri. I do not want to be written off because this doctor is afraid to perform surgery. I know it's risky but I've tried everything else they've told me. I've read the notes Frm my neurologist and even he is not sure what more to do. I don't really have other options left that I am aware of and the more pain I'm in and lack of sleep I am in...I am desperate for relief. Does anyone know what a nodule is? I am waiting to hear from the neurosurgeon but I'm on pins and needles i just want to know ; ( thank yuu.

[Treatment is usually only considered when a cyst is causing symptoms, in which case surgery, stereotactic aspiration or endoscopic treatment may be recommended.[3][4]]

Thank you. I have seen so many articles about surgery being the old cure for cysts but my neuro doesn't think the cyst is the cause r though now since he has been treating me for almost a year with no change he is "unsure" and that's why I am seeing a neurosurgon.
I am so anxious to hear what he says. On his notes he found a "nodule" behind the cyst and basal vein which is the first I'm hearing of it. I'm so nervous I just want to know. Im so tired and sick and sick and tired offeeling this way. I just want to get better and nothing is working *tears*
