Default We've been hit with some unexpected bad times at my house.

In short, is it not too late to sign up for the program that will HELP with things like keeping your electric going and such? If it can be done because of one of the occupants (me) has SSI, could you please let me know. It may be just a short term thing but it would probably be helpful in the long run.
