They told me that the theraputic levels are like 16-35 and Megs is at 38.5. So not dangerously high I would imagine, but still not something we want. I will be interested in hearing what her neuro has to say. He has wanted to take her off Trileptal. I personally hate the topamax simply because it is harder to get her to take it. The sprinkles are an issue for me. It is hard to get her to open her mouth for them and she doesn't like soft stuff to sneak it in... so I sprinkle them in and shoot in the Trileptal and she swallows both. So, if we do away with the Trileptal, I'll have to find some other way of shooting some liquid in her mouth to get that topamax down.
