Question New to all this so please be kind to me I cry a lot at the moment!?

I came out of hospital 5weeks ago after being a patient for 3 months initially went in for a throat op needed a life threatening op and woke in icu. 3 weeks later back on the ward I woke one morning and all my left side was dead - need I say anymore
Ng tube for 10 weeks - cut long story short - sodium administration caused this CENTRAL PONTINE MYLEYNOSIS
I’m only in my i 40s I write like a child rely on spell check and say few nights I’m recalling the time in icu when I started to feel my mind going and remember g the first time I realised I couldn’t stand up - I’m so angry the hospital didn’t pick up on this and we’re still treating me n the ent department -
