Help B6 Toxicity

FYI

Lots and lots of articles in the Australian Press lately regarding B6 Toxicity and the debilitating symptoms this has caused many people who didn't realize that B6 was in many of their different bottles of supplements, not just one. It's a very serious issues.

So, please be careful when taking multivitamins plus protein shakes with added vitamins plus a B6 on its own. You'll can end up with toxic levels.
