Default experiences with Cymbalta for peripheral neuropathy?

Has anyone had any success taking Cymbalta for peripheral neuropathy? If so, how long did it take before you noticed any relief?

I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy if I should ask my neurologist about Cymbalta. I have already tried gabapentin and oxycarbazepine without success.

Just curious with others' might have experienced with Cymbalta. The PN is relentless, the tingling nerves feel like they hit me down to my core. It's unbearable and is making me depressed as well.

Cymbalta or Gabapentin has not worked for me. I have tried multiple drug without success. My body is going painfully numb. Diabetic and diabetic drugs. Statins and Metformin are linked to nerve damage.

Hi! I use Cymbalta daily, 2-60mg capsules daily... It works for me but it part of what I call pain managements Big Four Package! Cymbalta ,Lyrica. Tramadol and Oxycodone 5mg.. Cymbalta by itself won't do it but the package suppresses PN for 4-6 hours. I dont take these all at once but various combinations 3 times a day! get a referral to Pain Management from your PCP. I've livedwith this for 14 years and it makes it bearable. I sufferd a broken neck with a spinal cord compression at C4-C5 neck area.It took a couple of years to arrive at this point with medications but hang in there and don't give up! Be persistent and firm, this is invisible to everyone but you, so dont expect alot of sympathy. Stick with it!
