Hi! I use Cymbalta daily, 2-60mg capsules daily... It works for me but it part of what I call pain managements Big Four Package! Cymbalta ,Lyrica. Tramadol and Oxycodone 5mg.. Cymbalta by itself won't do it but the package suppresses PN for 4-6 hours. I dont take these all at once but various combinations 3 times a day! get a referral to Pain Management from your PCP. I've livedwith this for 14 years and it makes it bearable. I sufferd a broken neck with a spinal cord compression at C4-C5 neck area.It took a couple of years to arrive at this point with medications but hang in there and don't give up! Be persistent and firm, this is invisible to everyone but you, so dont expect alot of sympathy. Stick with it!
