Workers' Compensation Glossary
Workers' compensation is the oldest social insurance program. It has been adopted in most states, including California. California has a no-fault system, which means that injured employees need not prove the injury was someone else's fault in order to receive workers' compensation benefits for an on-the-job injury. Sources Use this glossary of terms to better understand workers' compensation. https://www.guideone.com/SafetyResou...wcglossary.htm
