Default Dr. Ahn refused to do a AME report!

Dr. Ahn in L.A. was my agreed medical exam physician. He refused to do a report so now I wait until May of this year to see Dr. Berman for a final report! This work comp in CA for a chronic pain patient for TOS even with an attorney is the slowest process in the whole world! It keeps me frustrated that I have to wait more than 20 years for a final settlement. I have not been able to work since 2000!

Run as search here for Dr. Ahn. In TOS section, MANY people have had dealings with Ahn.

One, he left UCLA.

Two, there are all sorts of reasons why he would either not do YOUR AME, or, do AMEs anymore at all. Sometimes, docs just want to wean out of the work comp system, and that includes getting out of the AMEs, QMEs.

This may not be personal.

I do hope you have an attorney as this is NOT a do it yourself system in CA. Too many ways of losing it all, and the ins. co.s here are out for BLOOD.

By the way watch out for Ahn.

He apparently no longer practices in West LA and is now in Pasadena.

Plus I heard one doctor found problems with several of her patiens and he had to do redo's because it was his fault. Shoddy surgeries.

He is a very arrogant and impulsive doctor, not someone I would trust with anything
