All this advice is very good.
Question: At present since I didn't even consider my accident to be related to workmen's comp. It was my supervisor and our director that chose to turn my accident in. They have bent over backwards trying to be there for me. I work for a non-profit that helps families with special needs. But my Question: Should I consider hiring a lawyer. Because I still have no clue which or if all my bills are workmen's comp. Or what to do about my health insurance Co. And the case manager assigned there. Ugh, I have a mess can you help please. It has been documented that Emg ‘s Can have a 10-30 percent change of error. For some reason in some people a emg may be a negative result but realistically you may have nerve damage. Just do other tests , like tineal test , your neuro or ortho will know what to do. Your symptoms are real and your emg is giving a false negative. Don’t give up find a md that is on your side because if wc sends you to a ime they will say nothing is wrong with you. |
