I had my deposition on Thursday and was advised by my new and wonderful Attorney to lay low on the forums for the time being. So I will be viewing and not posting except by p.m.'s for awhile, unless it is something that is OT or so ambigous that it doesn't matter.
She also warned that due to the tone of the depo. and the questions asked, she thought that a detective would be out and about trying to catch me doing things I claim I can't; apparently she is correct as someone was on my cul de sac yesterday asking my neighbors about me.... !?! Isn't it amazing... you get hurt on the job, apply for your supposed right as an employee, and then you are treated like a criminal!! Grom ~ |

It's sad that legitimate claimants have to be spyed on as there are so many who have ruined the system.
Big hugs!
