[QUOTE=Jo*mar;777540][Workers' compensation is a complicated area of law. Not only are there all sorts of legal tests and requirements you have to meet to get benefits for a work-related injury, the process is full of acronyms describing the types on injuries, benefits, and the legal process of applying for benefits. Thank you so much Jo*mar
It was so helpful to read your post.
I cant feel much on my right hand, I hate it. Sometimes
Just wanna end my life because dont know how to deal with
Workers Comp. Now I have the report from a
Very good doctor stated that I have Carpal Tunnel
, its work-related. But I cant turn it in to workers comp department
Because the test he ordered came out negative.
after read your post then I might have TOS since all the tests failed. I have no money to go see a different doctor or have another test. I also spoke with a few Attorneys but all the cost I have to pay anything out of my own pocket. The w/c wont pay it back.
Ahh just pain on the buttttt on... So sad..
