Default talked to a lawyer

hi all

well my workman's comp claim has been filed. I spoke to an attorney as well who said I did everything right and things should go well for me anyways. I went to the Dr from the insurance who ended up agreeing with my own treating Dr, gave the same diagnosis and referred me back to my own Dr for treatment. He even agreed that I should not go back to work until the neurologist gives the ok and I should fo whatever treatment the Neurologist suggests. Kinda weird I thought but surely wasn't gonna argue. Both Dr's say I'm in bad shape and need to rest and work on getting better. I guess we'll see how this all pans out but this whole thing just sucks and I wish it never happened but it did and all I want now is for the pain to go away. I want my old self back..This is so UNFAIR!

Take care all...hope spring is around the corner
