Default Am I missing something over there?

Hey guys...., am I missing something here? Go to this forum and tell what you think. My screen name is "ItzJustMe" over there. I just think that most of the "Big Gun" posters GAVE the wrong info to the original poster who was asking for help. I'm not picking a fight over there----I'm just trying to show what should have been for the poor fellow.

Scroll down and see: "Injured at work Tennessee"

Oh brother - I can't believe what they told that person!
I'm pretty darn sure that if you have a note from any MD to be off work the employer has to abide by that.

whether WC or personal reasons.

The person shouldn't have went to back to work - should have went straight to a lawyers office.

i just was looking over all the advice the pets gave for wc ny, about all incorrect, when i try and correct they war with me, the cbj moderator and ellemd want to be the only ones to give advice, and they feel that there input carries more weight then anyone else's.
they are wrong on so many questions.
however they dont want anyone else to give input.
