Confused impariment rating

I had MMI at february first, and I don't have yet the rating, the doctor gave my permanent restrictions, but the IR didn't called my back at work, but from MMI,IC pay my weekly with PD,I called at my surgeon several times to ask about my impariment rating, first, the nurse told my that the IC didn't paid yet, after that, ten days ago I called back and she told my that IC paid to the doctor,so,I called friday again and the same nurse said that the doctor was very bussy,so,my impariment rating is not done yet.......my qwestion is........how much a doctor need to work for to done this damn rating.......thank you.
