Default P & S Permanent & Stationary

Can ANYONE explain to me how P & S works and when a patient is supposed to receive payments from the insurance company?

Is your condition the result of a work injury? If so, your doctor or an IME should determine any permanent partial disability you may have incurred. The payments for this (PPD) in most states that I know of are made at claim closure.

If it was not deemed work related, I know of no insurance plans that pay for partial disability.
