Default well screwed again

just talked to my lawyer got the response from WC they have set up another pre-trial seems that the judge has split the decision saying yeah they released me to go back to work to soon but yet on the other hand my headaches did not come from the wreak I was in on the job ........so he sided with the workers comp dr. on that and said all my dr's reports did not matter......I don't get it sorry for the rant..

I don't blame you for being upset. It's hard when you need people to be fair and they aren't. So you are going to trial - or heading in that direction? I hope in time you get a more fair resolution to this.

In the mean time the lawyer is eating up all your money. If you go to trial and lose the lawyer wins no matter what.
