My dad had a brand name antacid denied by his Ins, so had to "try" the generic to see if it worked for him, but it did not, so then Ins approved it. But not a work comp case..

You might be able to search the forums for medication denials or something like that..I know long ago there were post about having meds denied by comp and how to get thru it..
might have been many yrs back.. 2006-07??
