Default WC Neurologist?????

Can WC really make you see there Neurologist!!! My attorney put in for a protection order what ever that means and the judge turned it down so now I have to see who ever WC wants me too?????? They are not even paying me time loss or anything so what happened to the patient rights?????
Can anyone please give me some insite. I am so confused and frustrated. I just want the treatment I need as I am getting worse not better and the longer my treatment is delayed I am afraid of what will happen to me in the long run. My vision is already getting worse and so is my shaking. The head back and leg pain are about the same between 6-10 constantly. WC canceled my Nextcare Dr. so I have had no meds for pain either so I take advil. Please someone give me advise or insite!
