Well I finally decided to get a wc attorney so that process is started. Now my employer wants me to submit LTD application in the meantime. The application asks many questions about my activities of daily living, driving, sleeping, etc. What does this have to do with my ability to work at my job which is much more physical that any of those things? I thought LTD was for when you couldn't do your particular job anymore?
Advice? Thank you, Diana |

I don't know much about that at all, I'd try to get a good wc atty as quick as I could and ask them about that part, just to make sure it doesn't complicate your claim.
Or maybe do some searches on wc claims & LTD etc... see what info comes up for you.. a link to get you started - http://www.google.com/search?q=wc+cl...ient=firefox-a
