I'm getting closer to settling for a worker's comp related injury and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a few good WC lawyers in Oregon?
If anyone has a suggestion, I'd love to hear it. Thanks in Advance, Jennifer |

I'm currently working on my website, but I have a list of attorneys that denied my help but I haven't posted them yet. I found only one that spent time with me and seem to know the ins and outs. http://www.oregonworkerscompensation...c.php?f=7&t=21

This is all stuff I learned after going thru it.
I suggest - interview many wc attys - and don't believe half of what they say they can get for you...or all the glowing statements about how good they do for everyone... don't let them rush you to sign until you talked with many notice if their office and staff is professional and organized - mine was not! one member suggests go to the hearings building and pay attention to who seems to be really good {even if only in the waiting area} it's not a fast or easy process. I really wonder if the one I had did much for me other than take his % 2500.00 oh and 300.00 for a phone meeting}

Jennifer,
It doesn't sound like you need an attorney if you have reached an agreement on settlement. What do you want the attorney to do? |
