Question WC Atty. Wants To Take a Deposition of My PM Doctor!

I was notified today from my atty, that WC atty. wants to take a deposition of my PM Doc, after WC atty. got a copy of his last report.

Mind you, this is the PM doc WC chose for me.

What is WC. atty. up too, any ideas???

Thank you for responding,

Dew

I think it's pretty much standard operating procedure... esp if it isn't going the way they {wc} want the case to go.

I hope your atty makes sure to get a copy of the deposition in case anything needs to be clarified for your side of the claim.

I'm not sure what WC is trying to accomplish, Dew, but I would relax a bit knowing that WC will be hard pressed to say that you are not disabled when the federal government says that you are
