Default scared of what's happening to me!!!:)

Hello! Im here looking for some guidance!i orginally made an account on this site because iim terrified i have ,the dreaded MS!!:/.
Now im looking for some answers to wether or not i may have lyme disease or some type of coinfection..
Info about me: i am 20 year young male from south jersey, usa that is.!
My body has been bothering me with some bizzare symptoms for almost six months now
I am a healthy, average weight young man who is active and ,otherwise, healthy
What started this whole array of searching the web for answers was when i noticed swollen lymph npdes unders my ears, they hurt to the tpuch amd gave off a stinging feeling.
I decided its no big deal.im npt the type to run to the doc when somethimg is out of the ordinary, even tho i wish i had...:/
About a week later,a numb patch of skin on the lower part of my left shin.
Thats when i asked Dr.Google wtf was wrong.
And of course the answer was MS!uhh ohh..
I panicked a bit but i realized theres no way. Nobody in my family has it ,im a male, and i get plenty of outdoor sunlight and i wasnt tired or fatigued daily or weak in any way, shape or form.
About three days with a numb shin and it went away..end of story!..nope..
An area about the size ofa half dollar ,located on my back felt strange.it still pops up once in a while..
The area can go partially numb,or feel like its buzzing or it gets super sensitive to my shirt touching it
It kind of went, and has been downhill from there .
Fast forward to today
The symptoms:buzzing, rapid vibrating in both of my feet
Sharp shooting ,stabbing pains, anywhere and everywhere
Electric zaps, shocks mostly in my ankles
Burning feelings in the bottom of my feet
Random chills, shivers, creepy feelings in mainly my thighs, but it has happened on my arms and headhead
A feeling of tightness around my waste,stretching doesn't do a thing .
A strange tugging in my waist, urge to move legs .
Something in right arm the feels like my main nerve branch is kind of"shunting",or feels like its dropping,or faint electrical zap, only for a split second though
I have not felt weak,or tired,no memory fog or forgetfulness what so ever.
Im 20 years old and scared i have some crazy disease thats gonna kill me by the time im 25.
I posted on the ms forum also, but figured i should post here also
Has anybody diagnosed with lyme experienced this?i know its different for every one but can someone point me in the direction they feel i should go?
I dont have health insurance and recently got laod pff from my job as an hvac technician..
I have money for blood test but not an mri..
I just feel like my body is shutting down and im in distress!!!ahhh!
If you read this lengthy post, thank u oh so much!
I know there somethings i forgot, like stonging biting feelings but whatever, you get the jist
All answers are very much appreciated!
I dont remember bei g bit by a tick but i do remember a small rash on my roght arm the at a little read amd discolored but its has gone months ago
These creepy feelings are driving me nuts!
Advice advice advice!! Thank you so much!

Those are pressure points, and that response is fairly normal. I know, because I am having deep tissue massage for some pretty tight muscle/connective tissue/nerve bundles right now, and that happens all the time.

As for the rest of your symptoms, you really need to have a good neurologist diagnose you, rather than Dr. Google or anyone on a support web site like this. We are patients just like you, and because no two individuals even with the same diagnosis have the same symptoms or prognosis, it would be reckless for anyone to give you a diagnosis.

The central nervous system is a wonder when it works . . . and a mystery when it doesn't. Getting a diagnosis can take time, but I would recommend getting a start. The good news is as of January your symptoms will no longer bar you from getting insurance, so I would begin the sign-up process as soon as you can. And let the physician(s) you see know of your financial status. Perhaps you can find one who will do only what you can afford until you are insured.

I hope you get an answer soon, and that life turns around for you.

Here's a map of know Lyme disease cases. You can see the progression from the east coast to the west.

That map is interesting, but what it illustrates more than anything is the actual diagnoses of lyme, rather than the actual incidence of lyme. 191 cases in AR would be laughable if it weren't so serious--that number is woefully low. But at least it does go to show that Lyme EXISTS in Arkansas-some would still have you believe it does not.
