Default Started antibiotics early

I found a deer tick on me that had been there for 3 days. Dr. started me on 28 day doxycline course. I've been on antibiotics for about 14 days and I just took a blood test the other day.

Since I started antibiotics early, should I be ok even if I test positive for it.

If I test negative, should I still finish antibiotics?

I have mTBI as well and am constantly fatigued/in pain so hard to tell if I have any symptoms.

Don't mess around with Lyme would be my advice....finish the whole course of antibiotics no matter what. You can't entirely rely on Lyme testing for a multitude of reasons.
