Heart neuro-lymes and stages

I would just like to say hello out there to all suffering with late lymes and all lymies.
I had just found this site , been looking for one for awhile that I could actually
register without going round and round, not that great with the pc.
Is there anyone out there who has late lymes, with difficulty with cognitive etc. problems.
Also~ the big one !
Has anyone out there used the hyperbaric oxygen tank? I have found a few sites and asked all the questions, but wonder at 30.000 for 60-80 dives for third stage, if anyone got good results and would talk to me about that?
address is : its.sis@msn.com for those who maybe I could give as well as receive information!
Is there anyone out there who suffers with CNS problems any help?HELP !!

Default Glad you found this site!

OK, first I suggest you try other methods for dealing with Lyme before the expense of hyperberic oxygen (did I spell that right?)

And I need to point out it's called Lyme not Lymes (sorry but someone else will point that out to you no doubt).

If I do have Lyme then it's in the last stages. Whatever infected me was over 9 yrs ago.My cognitive function went to H*** in the beginning! It has improved, however I still find I make alot of mistakes that I'm not even aware of. I couldn't remember how to spell the simple words for awhile,i.e. the,it. How's that for brain dead? Didn't know how to turn my computer on! Would get in the shower & forget which was hot or cold water, forget to wash my hair & have to start all over. Gave my maiden name as my last name (hadn't been for over 30 yrs). Mixed my phone number up with my parent's number. When driving I thought red lights were green & vice versa. Had no clue which way to go when left the driveway.Went an entire year thinking I was a year older than I was.Messed up my taxes,my checkbook, etc.Had no idea how to make simple dishes I'd cooked for years. Would see someone I knew & have no idea what their name was. Talking to anyone was hard,I'd mess up my words, forget what I was trying to say.

I got in the habit of writing everything down. Then checking it at least 3 times to make sure I understood. I learned to ignore the phone when it rang.

The computer saved my sanity. Just knowing other people went through these bizarre incidents helped me.

You didn't mention how long you've had Lyme or what treatment methods you have tried.....hopefully you will get more replies here. I'd personally be willing to try anything to get better.Unfortunately I've gone through all my savings & now just try to get by......good luck to you!

Default HBO etc

Yup, HBO is awfully expensive and doesn't work for everyone!!!
Word finding problems and brain fog are not necessarily neuro Lyme-
they can be Babesiosis too!!! I would get evaluated for that!!!

Everyone I see do longterm abx gets better or full remission. I have never seen a single full remission with herbs or Rife or alternative treatments. but Artemisia can do full remissions for Babesiosis for some people, it is a gerat herbal treatment for Babs.

HBO CAN be very helpful to people. So can acupuncture. If money is not an issue, go for the HBO with abx!!! Where are you located? In CA there is a center up in the mountains where a lot of people go-
Nice to meet you,
Sicnerely,
Sarah
