Question Don't know where to begin

Hi, I guess I have to start somewhere. I have been numb on my right side from my elbow up to my neck including my right armpit, breast and mid section for going on 4 years now. Yes, I said years...and this same area has begun to swell which the numbness was uncomfortable enough but the swelling is horrible. My lymphnodes are swollen under the armpit and neck. I don't know what to do but I am scared. I have had xrays done(all I could afford-no insurance) but they show nothing. It aches so much. Can you direct me the right direction. Thanks.
