Default Nucynta for pain

I'am new here, Just want to here from others who are on Nucynta and how it effects them.

So far It's starting to take hold. Two weeks ago I changed from morphine sul 35mg. ,perocet 10, lyrica 50mg to Nucynta 75mg. for lumbar pain and Lyrica 75mg.for radicular pain in feet and legs.

My feet still hurt, and my back is getting some relief from Nucynta.
The only side effect is I can't get relief more than 5 hours. I've noticed ringing in both ears, probaly due to lack of sleep and meds. Any advice is welcomed,ty
