Default any one with info

Dolgic plus, which is supposedly the new firocet for migraines. The asprin part is up to 750mg i believe. However i have noticed it really to be the same, except that is cost just under $50 for ever refill which is so much more than firocet.
I think i am going to be calling my neuro and changing back for the copay part alone

Anyone taking this, anyone with success or feedback???

Lightbulb

Dolgic plus has 750mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol) per tablet.

This is supposed to be an incentive to only use one tablet per dose. The butalbital in both Dolgic/Fioricet/Esgic is habit forming and since many people use MORE Fioricet or Esgic per headache,
the Dolgic selling point is less butalbital is used/day.

That is its only advantage. Be advised that taking any product like this daily or frequently can lead to MOH...medication overuse headache, and make the frequency of headaches WORSE. The trend today is to limit use of drugs like this to a maximum of 2 times per week.

The fioricet type drugs are prime culprits in causing MOH.
So use this carefully.

You can Google "medication overuse headache" and find more information about it.
