 Im taking it first thing in the morning now.... thanks  Im really wondering about my estrogen levels now...   I know a blood test can tell me my levels, but in the meantime, Shelley, did you have more symptoms due to high estrogen levels ?? Thanks ! Gosh...  Im really hating hormones...P.S HELP !!! I started to check the lab tests that can be done and Im confused now... Should I ask for a progesterone test as well to see the ratio versus estrogen or just the estrogen test ???
