confused7,
The time of day to take Cymbalta will depend on you. For some, Cymbalta makes them tired for others it has the opposite effect. If you take it at night and you find it keeps you awake then take it in the morning.

I take mine in the morning. It tends to sort of hype me up, not a lot, but enough that if i take it in the evening it can disturb my sleep. Hope that helps!

Since i take it twice a day, i take it in the morning, and at night. I have to admit that I think it DOES make me a bit drowsy. So taking it at night would seem to make sense as long as it doesn't pep you up. Best of luck. Hugs, Lee
