Default Searching for information

Good afternoon all. I am new to the forum and was wondering if soemone has a Dr. in New York state or the surrounding states that uses the pain pump for chronic pain(in this case, migraines). Just a little background, I am a caregiver and am trying to find new treatments for my loved one as her current protocol is not working. I would also be interested in any Dr. that utilizes ketamine as I have read some positive outcomes from that therapy. As always, I appreciate any information you are able to share.
